How direct booking works

Booking direct is simple, and a little more personal than a platform checkout:

  1. Send a booking request. Pick your unit and dates, see your exact total (no hidden fees), and send the request. You won't be charged yet.
  2. We confirm and you pay securely. We confirm availability — usually within a few hours — and send a secure card payment link for the full amount.
  3. Sign & verify. Every guest e-signs a short rental agreement and verifies a photo ID. It takes about three minutes and protects both of us.
  4. Deposit hold. A refundable $300 hold is placed on your card before check-in and released within a few days after checkout, assuming no damage.
  5. Check in. Door codes arrive the morning of arrival. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM.
